THE PROBLEM:
AIR MILES new print branding needed to be translated to the digital space. There was a lot of variance in coding practices for patterns & UI elements since each team/department was coding their own patterns.
MY ROLE:
My role was to standardize responsive & accessible patterns and speed up development time through the creation of the Front-End Community of Practice to bring together UX & developers.
